Testing Technician (Refrigeration) -
- Perform testing on refrigeration systems and components according to established protocols and procedures.
- Set up testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure accurate measurements and data collection.
- Monitor and control test conditions, such as temperature, pressure, and humidity, to simulate real-world operating environments.
- Conduct performance tests to evaluate the efficiency, cooling capacity, and energy consumption of refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes of discrepancies or failures during testing.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations in detailed reports for analysis and review.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve testing methodologies and procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
- Adhere to safety Request for Manpower Recruitment in R&D Technician Team protocols and regulations during testing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, electrical systems, or multitasking roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in various environments.
