Testing Technician (Refrigeration) -

  1. Perform testing on refrigeration systems and components according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Set up testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure accurate measurements and data collection.
  3. Monitor and control test conditions, such as temperature, pressure, and humidity, to simulate real-world operating environments.
  4. Conduct performance tests to evaluate the efficiency, cooling capacity, and energy consumption of refrigeration systems.
  5. Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes of discrepancies or failures during testing.
  6. Document test procedures, results, and observations in detailed reports for analysis and review.
  7. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve testing methodologies and procedures.
  8. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
  9. Adhere to safety Request for Manpower Recruitment in R&D Technician Team protocols and regulations during testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration, electrical systems, or multitasking roles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in various environments.
