• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process and tasks
  • Support the maintenance and organization of employee records and documents
  • Help in updating and managing employee information on the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
  • Generating and preparing relevant reports/data as and when needed.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HRMS
  • Assist in the transition process of shifting from existing HRMS to new HRMS
  • Help in setting up birthday, anniversary emailers
  • Assist with various day-to-day HR operations tasks as required.
