Role and Responsibility:
1. Responsible to own and drive product development projects/programs by working closely with Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing and other Cross functional Teams
2.Gateway tracking - Prepare/ workout activity charts with dependent activities and workout efficient path, Identify critical path
3. Responsible for system adherence and project stage gate review management and approval
4. Liaison with different cross functional team in assessing , tracking and reporting status of programs
5. Drive Project progress and ensure business results
Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor/Masters in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in Project/Program management
2. Knowledge of New Production development lifecycle, process and systems
3 Experience working with Project Management tools
4. Multi tasking, Good collaborative skills,
5. Team player, self driven and process oriented
6. Good understanding of IT tools like PLM, JIRA or related automation tools
