Responsibilities

 

 Dashboard Management and Key Metrics Tracking:

  • Oversee and monitor project progress by driving key performance metrics.
  • Generate detailed reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for effective decision-making.

Process Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation across all stages.
  • Conduct monthly audits to identify gaps that could lead to operational inefficiencies or financial leakages.
  • Implement and manage a fraud early warning system to detect and mitigate risks promptly.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales and other departments to streamline communication and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Work towards reducing turnaround times (TAT) on cross-team outcomes and minimizing friction to enhance collaboration.

Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify issues, report them, and ensure they are resolved within specified timeframes.
  • Engage with leads and customers to validate assumptions related to issues, explore new product or business ideas, and suggest process improvements to management.
  • Ensure the sales processes are always audit-ready by maintaining stringent checks and balances.


Skills & Qualification

·      Strong documentation skills, both offline and online, with advanced proficiency in Excel.

·      Sound financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage project finances.

·      In-depth knowledge and understanding of the agriculture sector.

·      Expertise in budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters.

·      Proficient in crisis management and capable of delivering clear, concise communication during high-pressure situations.

·      Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and multiple regional languages.
