As a Service Manager at Ecozen you will spearhead the expansion of our service network across India, ensuring top-tier service quality,
operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your multifaceted role will encompass strategic management, quality assurance, financial oversight, and staff development to optimize service center performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expansion and Network Development:
• Identify strategic locations for new service centers, overseeing their establishment and operational setup.
• Evaluate proposals for new service centers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and feasibility.

2. Quality Assurance and Operational Oversight:
• Monitor and maintain the quality of transactions and interactions at service centers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Review repair works to guarantee compliance with prescribed standards and protocols.

3. Financial Management and Inventory Control:
• Manage service center bills, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, optimizing stock levels to minimize downtime and expedite service delivery.

4. Reports Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze service center reports to derive actionable insights for performance enhancement.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis reports for identified faults, implementing corrective measures for continual improvement.

5. Training, Development, and Process Enhancement:
• Plan and conduct regular training programs for service center staff, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Implement process enhancements and inventory management systems to streamline operations and minimize discrepancies.

6. Communication and Collaboration:
• Establish effective communication channels between service centers and headquarters, facilitating seamless information flow and issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments to drive service enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role within the renewable energy or related industry.
• Proven track record in setting up and managing service centers or networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
