Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date with technical product specifications, new company products, and industry trends.
  • Engage in presales activities, including proposal generation, product positioning, solution offerings, and responding to technical clarifications in tenders for cold storage systems.
  • Contribute to the completion of RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, requirements gathering, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and design solution proposals for cold storage applications.
  • Understand the complexity of a fast-paced technology business in the cold storage industry and work effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Conduct preliminary site visits, coordinate trial test supports, and prepare necessary documentation for presales site activities related to cold storage solutions.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients; meet with new clients to expand sales territories.
  • Use in-house software tools to select and configure cold storage systems according to specific customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed calculations to determine the appropriate size and specifications for cold rooms based on customer requirements and site conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cold room design, sizing, and selection
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a must
  • Experience in sales is advantageous
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
